Smart Interlock Door

It allows the opening of one door at a time, to guarantee greater safety. In addition, the electronic system automatically closes the doors during cleaning and maintenance operations.
Intake section
The doors are connected to an intake section. The standard length of this item is 1200 mm, different dimensions can be requested for specific applications. Each Intake section can be equipped with sprinklers.
Straight Section
Modular duct in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 1.2 mm. Other materials on request.
Standard lengths:
450mm, 575mm, 950mm, 1200mm
Standard diameters:
600mm, 800mm

H shaped hopper
At the base of the slide, it is recommended to install an H-shaped hopper with an automatic fire door to prevent the spread of a possible fire. The swinging door is normally open, with a thermal fuse set at 71°C.

As an alternative to the
H-shaped hopper, an automatic damper with sliding on rails and gravity control can be installed. It operates through a fuse set at 71°C.
Floor support
Made of stainless steel or galvanized steel.
When installed it must be bolted to concrete slabs or load-bearing walls. On request it can be equipped with an anti-vibration system.
End cap
Equipped with provision for disinfectant system and fan.
If there is a fan, an air intake must also be housed on the end cap, consisting of a flexible duct and a rain cap.
